Pandan Cake
A Very Nice Chinese Cake

STEP 1:
1, Get two separate bowls and split the egg yolks and whites into each bowl
STEP 2:
3, Mix the egg whites until the paste won’t come off..Check this by putting it UPSIDE DOWN ABOVE YOUR HEAD ( This means you have to do it perfect or you will become a human mixture!! haha lol )
STEP 3:
3, Leave It to a side
STEP 4:
4, Add 8 ounces of sugar and flour to the yolks
STEP 5:
5, Add the pandan paste
STEP 6:
6, Add the oil
STEP 7:
7, Mix it together
STEP 8:
8, Get the Mixture of the whites and add it to the mixture of the yolks
STEP 9:
9, Get the butter out (Stork Preferred) and get the brush out so you can fill the angel cake mould with butter
STEP 10:
10, Finally put the mixture into the mould
STEP 11:
11, Put the mould with the mixture in to the oven at 170C – 175C
STEP 12:
12, After 45 – 60 minutes take the cake out and leave it aside for another 60 minutes
STEP 13:
13, Take the cake out of the mould
STEP 14:
14, Enjoy!
