Step 1:

  • 1, Get two separate bowls and split the egg yolks and whites into each bowl
  • Step 2:

  • 3, Mix the egg whites until the paste won’t come off..Check this by putting it UPSIDE DOWN ABOVE YOUR HEAD ( This means you have to do it perfect or you will become a human mixture!! haha lol )
  • Step 3:

  • 3, Leave It to a side
  • Step 4:

  • 4, Add 8 ounces of sugar and flour to the yolks
  • Step 5:

  • 5, Add the pandan paste
  • Step 6:

  • 6, Add the oil
  • Step 7:

  • 7, Mix it together
  • Step 8:

  • 8, Get the Mixture of the whites and add it to the mixture of the yolks
  • Step 9:

  • 9, Get the butter out (Stork Preferred) and get the brush out so you can fill the angel cake mould with butter
  • Step 10:

  • 10, Finally put the mixture into the mould
  • Step 11:

  • 11, Put the mould with the mixture in to the oven at 170C – 175C
  • Step 12:

  • 12, After 45 – 60 minutes take the cake out and leave it aside for another 60 minutes
  • Step 13:

  • 13, Take the cake out of the mould
  • Step 14:

  • 14, Enjoy!
