Step 1: Heat the oil and garlic in a wok on high heat. Wait for the garlic to lose its rawness and immediately add the onions, capsicum, tomatoes and paneer (in this order) all chopped in fairly same size biggish pieces. Keep stirring but not vigorously. The tomatoes should give out their juices and the veggies will coat in them along with the garlic flavour. When cooked to a tender crisp bite, add the chilly powder and salt to taste. Add finely chopped coriander just before serving.
