Paneer Sandwich!!!

Ingredients

  • Paneer – crumbled
  • bread
  • tomato sauce
  • chilly powder
  • big onion
  • garam masala powder – a pinch.
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • oil.

Instructions

  1. 1] heat the pan and pour some oil.

  2. 2] put some chopped onions and saute till golden brown.

  3. 3] put 1 tsp of chilly powder.

  4. 4] and a pinch of garam masala powder, a pinch of salt and some tomato sauce. It should be saucy!!! If not pour some water..

  5. 5] then put the paneer and coriander leaves.

  6. 6] switch off the gas.

  7. 7] take a bread and put this filling and keep another slice of bread.

  8. 8] heat a pan and fry this bread with breaking it and the filling should not get out. Heat with some butter or ghee.

  9. eat hot….Enjoy!!! You’ll love it…..
