1) Put the oven on at 220degreesC/gas 7.
2) Chop the banana into little bits and mix with the chocolate and 4 tablespoons of the caramel sauce. Mix in the zest and juice of the lime.
3) Brush the wraps with egg white and fill them with the banana mush, seal them and put them on a baking tray.
4) Bake until they're crisp and only just starting to colour. Be careful that the chocolate doesn't completely melt! 10 minutes max.
5) Eat 'em with ice cream!
