Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1/3 butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch or salt
  • baking paper

Method

1. Put butter , salt & honey / maple syrup into a microwavable bowl

2. Microwave until mixture is a color of goldie-brown.

3. Stir unitl fully mixed into a thick syrup.

4. Put 1 packet of popcorn in the microwave.

5. Once popped, mix the caramel with the popcorn

6. Spread on baking paper.

7. Cook in oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees celsius.

    This recipe is very good. If you had trouble with it or it got burnt you obviously did something wrong. I love this recipe and it is great to make for snacks or parties.

    I hates this recipe, the popcorn was burnt to the crisp and the caramel was hideous and it was green colour, never ever make this if your thinking about it.!!!
