In a roasting dish place the mushrooms side by side lined up on their backs.
Chop up chilles and peppers and sprinkle over the mushrooms.
Sprinkle as much or as little grated cheese as you like over them.
Bake in oven about 190 for as long as they need (it wil depend on how many mushrooms you are cooking, I did a small portion and they took about 20 minutes but you definately need to keep an eye on them!)
