STEP 1:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 205Ë?c. Get a muffin tin and lightly butter the base and edges.

STEP 2:

Step 2: Roll out the pastry and cut with a cutter to the right size. Remember to leave some pastry for the top.

STEP 3:

Step 3: Put the pastry in the tin. Then fill each one with mince meat.

STEP 4:

Step 4: With the spare pastry cut out a star (or other Christmas shapes) and place on top. Cover the top pastry with egg wash.

STEP 5:

Step 5: Bake for 20 minutes.
