Cut the onion and pepper into small pieces and sautee
Cook meat in a Large pot on med-high while mashing the meat with a spatula
Once meat is cooked drain the fat from pot
Place back on stove at low temp.
Add peppers, onions, sauce, and beans
Next add 4 Tablespoons of Chili Powder (mild hot or both depending on preference)
Stir until ingredients are well mixed
Let it simmer for 1 hour, stirring every 5-10 minutes
(optional) Add Tobasco to chili for a little extra kick whilst stirring
If you have a sandwich toaster or a Lean mean grilling machine these work great
something different and very yummy (will impress people)
Stir fry with a bit of bite!
doubles up as bolognese too
quick, pretty cheap and yummmmy!
