1) cook the rice until soft and fluffy and cool under tap immediately
2) put garlic into large pan with a glug of olive oil and keep stiring until garlic turns brown and add the peas and sweetcorn. Stir until partially cooked.
3) add the rice and soy sauce and stir fry until hot.
serve and watch the compliments flood in!
this recipe also works with noodles and tastes just as delicious!
