Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • 50g – 100g cheese, grated
  • water
  • 75g Pasta

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook pasta using instructions on packet

  2. 2.Heat milk in microwave until boiling

  3. 3.Mix cornflour with water and add to milk

  4. 4. Heat in microwave

  5. 5. Add grated cheese to milk and heat

  6. 6. Pour the sauce onto the pasta and season to taste
