Put 2 pots of water on to boil Step 2: 2. Dice the chicken, wash and season then leave to one side Step 3: 3. When water boils add pasta in one and new potatoes in the other Step 4: 4. Put some olive oil in a pan, stir fry (NOT deep fry) chicken until cooked through. Step 5: 5. When pasta is boiled, drain off water, add pesto and chicken, mix it real good. Step 6: 5. When potatoes are boiled, drain off water, add milk, marge/butter, and mash potatoes, to make, you guessed it, mash. Add salt and pepper to taste. Step 7: 6. Serve pasta and mash side by side.
