Step 1:
Cook the pasta, usually about 10 minutes Step 3:
cut up the bacon and mushrooms into smaller pieces and fry in a pan with a little oil till cooked (this usually takes about 5 minutes, so should be done when the pasta is as well) Step 5:
place the cooked bacon and mushrooms on a sheet of kitchen paper to drain any excess oil (optional) Step 7:
drain the pasta when cooked Step 9:
then put the pasta back in the same pan as you cooked it. Makes it easier to mix in the philadelphia as its still warm Step 11:
add the philadelphia and mix until the pasta is well coated, and add salt and pepper to flavour Step 13:
add in the mushrooms and bacon, stir until coated, and serve!
