Ingredients

  • -a little bit of oil
  • -2 anchovies
  • -2 cloves of garlic
  • -1 chilli
  • -1 1/2 cups of olives
  • -1 cup of capers
  • -1 tin of tomato

Instructions

  1. -get a large-ish saucepan and put oil and the anchovies into the pan. Don’t burn the anchovies (if you’re vegetarian just remove the anchovies).

  2. -chop the garlic and chillies, but remember to remove the seeds. Add to the pan, and wait until golden.

  3. -add olives and capers, add the tin of tomato. Warm up, serve with pasta and parmesan cheese.
