Step 1:
-get a large-ish saucepan and put oil and the anchovies into the pan. Don’t burn the anchovies (if you’re vegetarian just remove the anchovies). Step 2:
-chop the garlic and chillies, but remember to remove the seeds. Add to the pan, and wait until golden. Step 3:
-add olives and capers, add the tin of tomato. Warm up, serve with pasta and parmesan cheese.
