Pasta with creamy, peanutty pork

Simple, relatively quick, and does the job ;)

Step 1:

  • Chop the pork up into small cubes and dice the pepper and spring onions.
  • Step 2:

  • Add salt to the pasta to personal taste and set to the boil. As it starts to boil, heat up the oil in a second pan.

  • Add the pepper and pork to the second pan and fry until brown (about 5mins should do the job)
  • Step 6:

  • Add the spring onions and continue frying for another 3mins or so, then turn the heat down.
  • Step 8:

  • Add the peanut butter and milk and stir until a sauce has formed out of the two, and blended into the other ingredients
  • Step 10:

  • Place the peanutty pork on top of the pasta in a large dish and serve.
