Step 1: Chop the pork up into small cubes and dice the pepper and spring onions.
Step 3: Add salt to the pasta to personal taste and set to the boil. As it starts to boil, heat up the oil in a second pan.
Step 5: Add the pepper and pork to the second pan and fry until brown (about 5mins should do the job)
Step 7: Add the spring onions and continue frying for another 3mins or so, then turn the heat down.
Step 9: Add the peanut butter and milk and stir until a sauce has formed out of the two, and blended into the other ingredients
Step 11: Place the peanutty pork on top of the pasta in a large dish and serve.
