Cook pasta as directed on the mac & cheese box. While pasta is cooking, drain the can of chicken and the can of tomatoes and green chilis. After pasta finishes cooking, drain it. Add cheese sauce packet, chicken, tomatoes and green chilis. Stir together until blended.
