Cheats Macaroni Cheese

Really simple and lasts a few days



  • Pasta shells/macaroni (enough for yourself and extra if you want it to last a few days)
  • Cheese
  • Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the


2. Dice the cheese into small cubes.

3. Drain the pasta, stir in the cheese cubes and a dash

of milk (to stop getting a burnt saucepan!

4. Let the cheese melt whilst and stir occasionally.

5. Serve and season to taste.

*This recipe goes particularly well with baked beans*
