Melt the butter over a medium heat
stir in the flour and cook .. stir constantly for 1-2 mins
remove from heat and gradually whisk in the milk.
return to heat and bring to boil, whisk constantly.
simmer for 2mins, or until the sauce is nice and thick
remove from heat, add the cheese and stir until melted!
add salt and pepper for seasoning
Enjoy .. (:
brill 4 hangovers or a fillin brekkie/lunch
nuts + cheese go well together + trust me, it tastes like heaven =]
