Cheesy Leeky Pasta

Quick and yummy pasta



  • Pasta (however much you want for two people)
  • 1 Leek
  • 100g of bacon Lardons
  • 100g of philidaphia soft cheese
  • a splash of double cream
  • pepper


Put a pan of water on to boil, when boiling add pasta, while you are waiting for pasta to cook, cut up the leek in to thin slices, put this is a frying pan and fry in a small amount of butter add the lardons. once the pasta is cooked, drain and pour back into the pan, then add the leeks, lardons, cream and philidaphia mix together and insure the philidaphia is melted add pepper to season and eat!!
