Chicken Mustard Pasta

An easy and impressive pasta dish



  • * Pasta
  • * 2 chicken breasts, skinned
  • * 250ml single cream
  • * 1-2 tbsp English mustard
  • * Freshly ground black pepper
  • * Garlic powder, to taste
  • * Grated parmesan to serve


1. Cut the chicken breasts in strips

2. Add salt and the garlic powder

3. Pan fry until golden - make sure they are cooked through

4. Meanwhile, set the pasta to boil. Drain when ready.

5. Add the drained pasta in the pan with the chicken. Add the cream, mustard, and pepper. Mix.

6. Bring to the boil, and allow to boil for 2-3 minutes or until cream is thick.

7. Serve hot
