Chicken Pasta

Low fat chicken breast pasta



  • For 4:
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 400g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 tins of tomatos in juice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs


Cook the pasta until it is soft and tender in boiling water. Cook the chicken, and then cut it into small chunks. Put it into a pan and add the tomatos in juice. Peel and chop the vegetables and crush the garlic; add to the pan. Season with mixed herbs and serve out equally.
