Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Easy and quick creamy cajun chicken pasta! / Serves: 3



  • Chicken breast
  • low fat soft cheese
  • rigatoni pasta
  • chicken stock
  • red pepper
  • cajun seasoning
  • black pepper
  • double cream
  • Parmesan
  • olive oil


Slice three chicken breasts into pieces/strips, marinate chicken pieces in a bowl with olive owl/black pepper and 2 Tbsp cajun seasoning, fry off chicken in pan at medium heat for 15 minutes, add peppers to pan and continue to cook until chicken is almost golden, add more pepper and cajun spices to taste, add 200ml chicken stock and reduce, add half a cup of double cream and serve with cooked pasta and Parmesan on top
