Creamy Healthy Mushroom Pasta

Creamy mushroom pasta



  • 75-100g wholewheat pasta
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 150g mushrooms sliced
  • 40g extra light philadelphia
  • black pepper
  • dash 1% milk
  • ham


Put the pasta on to boil.

meanwhile slice the onions and fry in a little oil.

add the sliced onions and cook.

add pepper to the veg mix.

add the chopped ham

add the philadelphia and milk to the desired consistency.

drain the cooked pasta and add to the mushroom sauce.

tip: a number of veg could be added to this as well as different philadelphias used.
