cook the pasta like normal (boil water, put pasta in, let it boil for about 12 mins)
while pasta cooking grate cheese
when pasta is cooked, get a bowl (preferable kinda large and i use a plastic bowl, so u don't spill any water) drain the pasta with a colander over the bowl... not down the sink!
pop the drained pasta back in the saucepan on the lowest heat possible
put cheese over
add a little bit of water and stir, keep adding small amounts of water till u get the consistency u want :) (this may take a few tries i know when i started i just shoved loads of water in... if that happens add some flour/more cheese :) )
with this pasta you can add anything this cheese sauce is a basic that u can add just about anything with. e.g sausages, tuna, oinions, anything really :)
