Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, then gently fry for 1 min.
Tip in all the other ingredients, then bring to boil.
Reduce the heat, then simmer uncovered for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
Add ham and pepperoni.
Add hot water to pan and heat for a while.
Add pasta to water and add a little bit of salt
Cook until soft
Then serve on plates.
