Ham And Pepperoni Pasta

Its so yumy



  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1garlic clove, crushed
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder or 1/2 crumbled stock cube
  • 1tbsp tomato puree
  • 1tsp sugar
  • Ham
  • Salt
  • Pepperoni


Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, then gently fry for 1 min.

Tip in all the other ingredients, then bring to boil.

Reduce the heat, then simmer uncovered for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.

Add ham and pepperoni.

For pasta:

Add hot water to pan and heat for a while.

Add pasta to water and add a little bit of salt

Cook until soft

Then serve on plates.

    This tasted great! Me and my partner really enjoyed tucking into it - nice pepperoni twist! It makes for 2 large portions. Cheers!
