Juicy Pasta...!!!

Pasta cooked in indian style...its hot n spicy..! its healthy n cheese n butter free!



  • 1.One cup of boiled pasta
  • 2.Olive oil
  • 3.Jeera(cumin seeds, sombu)
  • 4.Chopped onion (big,red) - 1 no.
  • 5.Chopped tomato - 4 no.
  • 6.Garlic (small) - half
  • 7.Chopped green chillies (small)- 4 no.
  • 8.Tomato sauce
  • 9.Salt
  • 10.Asafoetida
  • 11.Coriander leaves
  • 12.Curry leaves
  • optional: capsicum, ginger


1.Boil pasta in an open pan until it becomes soft and keep aside

2.Put half of the chopped onion, tomatoes.2 of chopped green chillies, garlic in a mixer and make it into a paste

3.Pour one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and saute jeera, remaining chopped onion, 2 of ur chopped green chillies until the onion becomes golden brown

4.Add salt and asafoetida

5.Add the paste prepared and add the tomato sauce

6.Add the boiled pasta and mix everything until all pasta gets along with the essence

7.Use the coriander and curry leaves for garnishing

8.Serve hot
