Published Thursday, 05 March, 2009 by helen

easy pasta

  • as much pasta as you need generally 3/4 oz per person
  • 1 lemon or 2 if cooking for loads
  • fresh chillis or dried chilli flakes (fresh is better tho)
  • olive oil

cook pasta

juice the lemon

chop the chilli then

put about 2/3 tablespoons oil in a pan heat gently then add lemon juice and chilli add add the cooked pasta and coat the pasta with the sause season with salt and pepper and serve with or without a salad

careful with the lemon juice as it might spit abit when first put into the pan also you may only want to use half the juice depending on how lemony you like it.
