Heat milk in a deep pan. Add two tablespoons of corn starch into it. Stir it continuously on slow flame until it thickens. Add oregano and chilli flakes. Mix it well. Add some grated processed cheese. Let it melt. If the mixture is much thick, add some spoons of pasta stock. Now finally add the boiled pasta. Add salt according to you taste. Serve hot.
