(if you’r using beef meat balls then you need to brown them before remove but use the same pan as its full of flavour)

1.Chop all veg into silces as thick or thin as you like

2. Heat some oil in a pan add onion for a couple of minutes add the herbs and for a few more minutes (add a little water if you need to)

3. Add the carrot, celery cover put on a low heat till they start to soften (five mins).

(now is the time to make up your 300ml stock (from cube), open tin and clear food waste)
