MIcrowave-spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

  • - 450g lean mince beef
  • - 1 garlic clove
  • - 1 onion grated
  • - 45ml dried mixed herbs
  • - 400g tined chopped tomato
  • - 45ml tomato puree
  • - 1 beef stock cube
  • - 75ml water
  • - 5ml salt
  • - black pepper
  • - grated cheese
  • - pasta

Method

~ put the mince and crushed garlic into a large microwave dish. cook for 5 mins

~ when 5 mins is over take dish out of the microwave and stir. then add all the other ingredients (except salt, pepper, cheese and pasta.

~ place the dish back in the microwave for 15 mins.

~ while the bolognese is cooking for the further 15 mins cook your pasta.

~ when 15 mins are over take your dish out of the microwave stir and leave to stand for a further 4 mins.

~ drain the pasta.

~ put the pasta onto plates the put the bolognese on top of the pasta.

~add the cheese over the top.

~ the add a tiny bit of salt and pepper.

~now its ready to be served.
