Pasta with chilli and cheese



  • Use as much of each ingredient you desire
  • Pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Chilli flakes or fresh chilli
  • Garlic
  • Cheese (Parmesan, pecorino, cheddar)


Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water (I don't add salt)

Once pasta is cooked, drain, then put back in the pot

Pour over desired amount of olive oil, chilli and cheese

Stir through and enjoy.

Add some herbs if you like as well, it adds a nice touch, or anything really, just a basic recipe that can be varied to suit any taste!
