Pasta & Broccoli

Easy and tasty



  • Florets of 1 broccoli
  • 3 bacon rashers
  • grated cheese (as much as you like)
  • 1 tub of creme fraiche
  • a load of pasta (as much as you think)
  • 1 tsp black pepper


Put a large pan of salted water on to boil.

cut the bacon into small cubes, can be easier to use scissors. Fry these in a frying pan until cooked.

once the water is boiled chuck in your pasta and keep checking it. Just before the pasta is nearly ready add the broccoli. If you like your broccoli well done you can add it earlier.

once thats all cooked drain it and return it to the pan, but not over heat. Then add the cheese, creme fraiche, bacon and black pepper.

stir this all in together until the pasta and broccoli is coated and serve!
