Pasta – The chilean Way

Bored of pasta butter? Here comes the Tuna and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • A bit of Salt
  • 196g (2 tins of 98g) of Tuna
  • Cooking cream
  • Oregano
  • A bit of cheese (optional)
  • 2/3 Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Let’s go ahead then!

  2. A ) Cook the pasta :

  3. Take a large saucepan.

  4. Put some water and bring it to boil.

  5. Add some salt.

  6. And now add your pasta !

  7. Wait for the time indicated on the package.

  8. In the mean time, let?s make the sauce.

  9. B ) Make the sauce :

  10. Take a small pan

  11. Add the cooking cream, not too much be careful !

  12. Let it slowly heat up.

  13. Add the 196g of tuna ( without the water that was in the tin ! )

  14. Mix it together!

  15. When it?s hot, add the oregano as you like it.

  16. Enjoy !
