Cook pasta as normal
Chop up the onion and fry it.
Once fried add half a tub of philly or cream cheese and stir slowly until melted
Add milk to make the sauce a bit thinner
Next add any extras such as chicken, sweetcorn
Finally add the pasta and mix together!
Its really good if you get a flavoured philly such as garlic and herb or the chive one but plain is just as good!
