Boil and strain the pasta.
in a mixer, put the blanched spinach, tomato, chopped onions and garlic cloves with a pinch of salt.Make a paste. Do not add water.
put a little bit of oil onto the frying pan. Add your spinach paste and stir for a while. Add your meat and finally the pasta.
top with your choice of sauce and fold it in.
serve with grated cheese and oregano and chilli flakes. You may also use butter and lime juice instead if you like.
