Mushroom & Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • This dish makes four, reduce quantities if you want less
  • Penne Pasta
  • 1 tin of campbells Mushroom soup (substitue with any soup you like)
  • 1 tin of campbells Tomato soup
  • Grated cheese
  • Chopped peppers (optional)

Method

1. Cook the Pasta according to packet

2. While pasta is cooking put the two tins of soup in the one pot to heat (yes mix

them)

3. When Pasta is ready drain and put in a oven dish

4. Pour over the soup mix to cover pasta

5. Add peppers (or tomatoes) if using

6. Add grated cheese to cover the top of the pasta

7. Put in a pre-heated oven till the cheese melts through or under grill to melt the

cheese

8. Serve and enjoy
