Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, fry the onion and garlic in a bit of oil until cooked to your liking. Once cooked, let cool for a min or two and then put in a large bowl.
Mix onions and garlic with all other ingrediants using a wooden spoon.
By the time this is done, the pasta should be cooked. Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water to cool and mix it in with the rest of the ingredients.
