Olivieri Pasta Creation!



  • Olivieri Sundried Tomato Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Classico Green Pesto (2 teaspoons)
  • Classico Spicy Red pepper tomato sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic (4 cloves garlic)
  • Spaghetti (or another long pasta)
  • Basil (3 leaves or 2 frozen cubes)
  • Goat's Cheese (1 tablespoon)
  • Broccoli
  • Green pepper
  • Sweet Vidalia Onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


cook pasta in salted boiling water

on low - cook minced garlic,basil and all vegetables in Olive oil for a few mins.

Then add all sauces.

raise to medium heat

when pasta is done mix it in with sauce

top off with Goat's Cheese
