Spicy Olio Spaghetti

A spicy twist to a simple olio recipe!



  • Spaghetti
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Fresh basil
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Dried chilli flakes


Cook the spaghetti al dente then drain.

Heat the olive oil, fry the garlic until it softens. Stir in chopped tomatoes and chilli flakes.

Add spaghetti and stir well. Put in basil and remove from heat.

Serve with grated cheese on top! Superb!
