1) add pasta and oxo cube to boiling water - cook as normal.
2) while pasta cooks, drain tuna and put it in a bowl. Add salsa and mayonnaise.
3) grate cheese and crush up crisps.
4) when pasta is cooked, drain and place in an oven proof dish. Place tuna mixture on top of the pasta, then layer with crips and top with grated cheese.
5) bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180c (depends on how crispy you like the topping)
