Heat the Olive Oil in the pan
Slice the onion into rough slices and finely chop the garlic and then add to the oil on a medium heat.
Heat up another pan with water and through in the pasta (should take 3-5 minutes if fresh)
Finely slice the rest of the vegetables and add rest of the vegetables once onion has softened.
Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to the vegetable mixture once rest of the veg have cooked.
Pour in sweet chilli sauce - depends on size of portion but about half a bottle should be fine.& Blue dragon is available.
Season with crushed chillies.
Simmer on a medium heat until pasta absorbs sweet chilli..
Serve and sprinkle with cheese!
