Twist Of Italy

tuna spag bol but in a wok



  • --Serves 1--
  • 1 baby carrot, grated.
  • 1/2 tin of tuna, mashed up.
  • 1 portabella mushroom, chopped to sizes you like.
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato pure´.
  • 1 clove of garlic, finally chopped.
  • 3 tablespoons on mixed herbs.
  • As much pasta or spaghetti you need to full your stomach.
  • grated cheese if prefered, amount to your liking.
  • Salad or Garlic bread for extra comfort.


For the pasta (or spaghetti)

--;Put a pan of boiling water on the hob(for quickness boil the water into a kettle first and then pour the water into a hot pan). Place the pasta in the water. With 2 tablespoons of mixed herbs. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes.

The Sauce

--; Mix all the other ingredients into a wok and keep stiring it. Add a little oil if need be or a nob of butter to give it a runny texture.

The Finale

--; After 10 minutes drain the pasta off into a sink and rinse with warm water. make sure theres no unwanted water in the drainer and mix the pasta into the sauce until both is hot enough to eat. Serve on a plate. With salad,garlic bread and cheese if prefered. Open a bottle of beerm sit infront of the tv to your favourite show and your night is complete.
