Patriotic Tri-Colored Jell-O Shots
Looking to bring your party to the next level? Try these patriotic tri-colored Jell-O shots and you’ll be everyone’s favorite host.

Ingredients
- 6 oz berry blue Jell-O
- 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
- 6 oz unflavored gelatine
- 4 cups Smirnoff vodka
- 2 cups Pinnacle whipped
- 6 cups boiling water
- 28 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Combine the berry blue Jell-O and 2 cups of boiling water in a bowl, and whisk until Jell-O is completely dissolved
Pour in 2 cups of your choice vodka into the berry blue Jell-O mixture and stir to combine
Place your miniature shot glasses on a tray so that when you pour you don’t spill the mixture
Pour the blue Jell-O mixture into your shot glasses 1/3 of the way up
Place your partially filled shot glasses into the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour
Once the blue layer is set you can begin the white layer
Begin the white layer by pouring the gelatin into a bowl with 2 cups of boiling water and whisking until the gelatin is completely dissolved
Add 2 cups of pinnacle whipped or your choice of vodka and all of the sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine
Place the bowl of the white mixture into the refrigerator to come to room temperature and then pour over the blue shots filling the shot glasses now 2/3 of the way up
Refrigerate until the white layer is set
Once the white layer is set you can start on the red layer
Combine the strawberry Jell-O and 2 cups of boiling water in a bowl, and whisk until Jell-O is completely dissolved
Pour in 2 cups of your choice vodka into the strawberry Jell-O mixture and stir to combine
Pour the red Jell-O mixture into your shot glasses the rest of the way up
Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until the shots are completely set.
Serve as is or with a bit of whipped cream on top

These patriotic tri-colored Jell-O shots are exactly what your next party needs. The red white and blue layers make these shots so fun and thematic everyone at your party will be sure to love them. They are time-consuming though so give yourself plenty of time. Please note that these Jello shots can be made with or without alcohol and you must be 21+ to use liquor.

I first got the idea to make these patriotic tri-colored Jell-O shots after seeing rainbow Jell-O shots on Tiktok for pride month. I thought it looked so cool to have the separate layers in one Jell-O shot and I had the idea to try red white and blue for a fun and festive touch. I used different types of vodka for the different layers to heighten the different flavors, but you could definitely do these with just one type of vodka or even rum. You can also play around with different berry-flavored vodka with different red-colored Jell-O.
The only thing I wouldn’t recommend substituting is the sweetened condensed milk for evaporated or regular milk in the white Jell-O layer because I’m not sure how well that Jell-O with stabilize. Without the Jell-O stabilized these patriotic tri-colored Jell-O shots won’t be so tri-colored.
I made these for my friends for a party and everyone loved them. It is safe to say that these patriotic tri-colored Jell-O shots were a hit and if you try them for your party I promise you will be too.
