Boil the stock and add the peas and sage and boil for 5 minutes Step 2: 2. Remove from the heat and blend until smooth Step 3: 3. Return soup to saucepan Step 4: 4. Chop rind off ham and cut finely Step 5: 5. Add to soup and then bring to the boil Step 6: 6. Season to taste
