Pea Soup

Tasty soup for lunch

Ingredients

  • Frozen peas- Around 200g
  • Onion (or a few spring onions) x 1
  • Garlic x 1 clove
  • Chicken or vegetable stock- About a mug full
  • Salt + pepper
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop onions and garlic

  2. 2. Fry onions and garlic in saucepan

  3. 3. Add stock and bring to boil

  4. 4. Add peas and simmer for 5 mins

  5. 5. Bring off boil and blend with a hand blender ( or cool and put in a food processor)

  6. 6. Season and serve
