peanut and snickers cookies

amazing cookies that everyone will ADORE!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 snickers bar
  • handful of chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180*c or Gas 4

  2. ~mix the sugar, butter and egg together in a bowl

  3. ~add the flour and combine

  4. ~chop up the snickers bar into pieces and put half of them in a microwaveable bowl with all of the peanut butter and microwave on high (100%) for 20-40 sec or until melted

  5. ~mix this into the dough mixture with the other pieces of snickers and, if using, the chocolate chips.

  6. ~make into small balls and place on a baking tray

  7. ~flatten the balls with a fork

  8. ~cook or 10-15 mins or until golden in colour

  9. ~ENJOY!
