Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast (Chinese Marinaded are best)
  • Peanut Butter (crunchy is best)
  • Chilli Powder/Sauce or fresh chillis (optional)
  • Sugar
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. 1- Cut the chicken breast into chunks, roughly 1/2inch pieces.

  2. 2- Fry chicken in oil until tender and cooked through

  3. 3- Add the Chilli and around 3 tbsp of peanut butter

  4. 4- Add milk in small amounts and stir until the consistency of the mixture is to your liking

  5. 5- Add sugar to taste

  6. 6- Simmer for a couple of minutes, if sauce becomes too thick, add more milk

  7. 7- Serve with noodles or rice, maybe even some stir fried veg if you fancy
