Step 1:

  • – cook pasta till it’s a little al dente
  • Step 2:

  • – make up meat sauce:
  • Step 3:

  • – heat oil in a pan
  • Step 4:

  • – fry off chopped onions and garlic in a pan
  • Step 5:

  • – add mince and cook until browned
  • Step 6:

  • – add chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs and stock cube
  • Step 7:

  • – allow to simmer
  • Step 8:

  • – make up white sauce:
  • Step 9:

  • – put a little butter in a pan and allow to melt over a low heat
  • Step 10:

  • – add a little flour and mix to make a ru
  • Step 11:

  • – slowly add milk
  • Step 12:

  • – when there are no lumps left (keep stirring)add the grated cheese (resrve a bit for the toping)
  • Step 13:

  • – in a serving bowl layer pasta, meat sauce, pasta cheese sauce
  • Step 14:

  • – sprinkle with reserved cheese and a little paprika
  • Step 15:

  • – grill till top is nice
