Pepper Mint Creams

A Mint flavored sweet bite

Ingredients

• 225g Icing sugar + wee bit extra
• 4 – 6 tbsp Condensed Milk
• Peppermint extract
• Green food colouring (optional)
• Small food cutters

Instructions

STEP 1:

# Mix the icing and the condensed milk together

STEP 2:

# Once it has formed into a sticky ball add the Peppermint extract and Food colouring

STEP 3:

# Then roll out on work surface with the extra icing sugar and the cut with your cutters

STEP 4:

# Leave to set
