Ingredients
- 100g pasta
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- thinly sliced onion (your preference as to how much you use)
- half a tin of tomatoes
- 4/5 button mushrooms (sliced)
- worcester sauce
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- olive oil
Instructions
bring a small pan of water to the boil for the pasta, in the meantime, heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the onion, fry until golden and add the mushrooms and peppers, keep stirring until the mushrooms have turned golden (about 2-3 minutes) add the tinned tomatoes and lower the hob to slowly heat the sauce. Add the pasta to the boiling water, most pasta takes about 10-20 minutes to cook. When the sauce is heated up, add a pinch of salt and pepper and a tea spoon of worcester sauce, stir. Mix the pasta and sauce together once the pasta has been drained. Serve.
